Rachel is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable about the latest, safest cosmetic techniques and products. The office is super clean and very private - I am not sure I've ever run into anyone in the lobby. She always offers any available discounts without me asking for them. Rachel takes as much time with me as I need to ask questions and to understand her answers. Best of all, Rachel is very committed to only natural looking results.
